I am having trouble accessing my account. Who do I call?

Email dealersupport@stcroixrods.com. Please provide your dealer name and contact number. Someone will reach out to as soon as possible.

I need to make a change to the order. What do I do?

Orders are placed immediately and go directly to our warehouse. It is unlikely once an order is placed that we can make any changes.  If you do need to make changes, you can email dealersupport@stcroixrods.com with the order number and changes and will we see if we can. Please note, if we do make any manual changes, after the order is submitted, the order changes will not be reflected in your order history.

I discovered an issue with the site who do I contact?

First off thank you for letting us know. Email dealersupport@stcroixrods.com. Please be as specific as possible what you have found and provide contact information in case we need to reach out for more information.

Can I place a future order?

At this time, we only are allowing ASAP orders (orders that ship immediately). In a future release, we will provide the ability to future date orders.

 

How to Exit the Program

Want to exit the Pre-Book Program and place a regular order? Click the X in the top left corner of the banner at the top of the page and press "Exit Pre-Book."
